A BLUPal is an independent contractor who delivers value-pack size bottled water to customers — similar to a gig-economy driver delivering food or groceries. They use the official BLUSVN app to accept orders and manage deliveries. BLUPals are responsible for professional, safe delivery, whether that's a standard doorstep drop-off (BLU) or indoor delivery inside a home or business (ULTRA). BLUPals delivering ULTRA orders are known as BLUPal+ and have completed the additional third-party background check required for indoor access.

For a successful and secure delivery, your BLUPal only receives the information needed to complete your order. Information shared with your BLUPal includes: Your first name and last initial only Your delivery address Any delivery notes you provide To protect your privacy, your phone number, last name, and payment details are never shared. All communication between you and your BLUPal happens through the app's in-app chat, which closes automatically once your order is delivered.

Once your order is assigned, you'll receive a notification in the official app and website with your BLUPal's information, including: Profile Photo First and last name Vehicle type, make and model For your safety, BLUPals are required to use a company-issued BLUPak delivery bag during the delivery. They may also be identified by any official licensed BLUSVN clothing products which may be in use.

To ensure we can deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, our system automatically assigns the closest available driver. While you cannot request a specific driver, you can be confident that every BLUPal has been thoroughly vetted and is dedicated to providing you with a safe and seamless experience every time.

Yes, you can count on BLUSVN for holiday deliveries on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays! While we strive to deliver on time, please note that circumstances beyond our control, i.e., severe weather patterns, local retail store closures, or other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays.
