REFUND POLICY

Canceling Order

Customers may cancel an order for a full refund up until the delivery driver has been assigned to their order. In the event a driver has been assigned to an order, a partial refund will be honored minus a non-negotiable $4.00 service fee. Customers are able to check their online account for order assignment status. We are NOT able to offer any adjustments on service fees charged; per at the time of assignment a driver has selected the order and begun preparing it for delivery which may include, but not limited to, purchasing product(s), in route to delivery, etc.

To cancel an order:

  1. Sign-in to your online account
  2. Select the “Cancel Order” button
  3. Confirm the request by checking the “Cancel Order” box in the confirmation screen.

Updating Order

Updating an incorrect delivery address or canceling an order due to an incorrect delivery address, follow the steps in the “Update my delivery address” section of your account. Service fees are not charged to customers for updating an incorrect delivery address. Please note, refunds may take up to 5 or more business days to process depending on the financial institution used to make the original payment. Please contact your financial institution directly if you have specific questions about refund processing times and/or policy.
